Dar Anika is my favourite riad in Marrakech, centrally located and excellent service, it feels very much like staying in a palace rather than a hotel. The service is very personal and each guest is catered to their own needs.

A second return to Marrakech and without a doubt, I knew to stay here again. Dar Anika did all it could to ensure my stay was comfortable, excellent service, great food – this is the kind of place where one feels like a prince or princess or even a king or queen, a palace rather than a hotel.

The location is ideal, centrally located and just minutes away from the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the giant souks of Marrakech.

Working with you to ensure you get the most out of your stay, from visiting the sites of Marrakech to venturing far along the Road to the Desert to spend a night under the stars in the SaharaDar Anika helped with any requests I had.

The word riad comes from the Arabian term for garden, “ryad”, often interpreted to mean “paradise”. Riad Dar Anika certainly feels like a piece of paradise within the Marrakech Medina, and can’t help but praise it for the efforts to ensure my stay went as expected.

The courtyard at the heart of the building has a heated pool on one side and a cosy enclosed lounge with fireplace on the other side. Calm, relaxed and informal, Dar Anika staff show a real interest in guests comfort and holiday enjoyment.

This won’t be the last time I return – I often recommend Marrakech as I believe it is the best exotic destination nearest to Europe, and staying in a place like Riad Dar Anika certainly makes the experience that much special.
